The creation of wax molds is the first step in order to realize this type of processing that, even today after 50 years, passes through the expert hands of Mrs Gianna. Once assembled together, the waxes are immersed in the plaster thus forming a cylinder. When this is heated, the wax leaves a mold that will be filled with molten gold. The mould, which was previously wax, becomes a gold structure. The jewels are detached from the mother structure and individually reworked by hand. This process is very versatile as it allows you to make sandblasted, polished or diamond products with a milling machine strictly by hand. All products are polished and washed with ultrasonic and distilled water. Finally, they are packaged one by one, ensuring a high quality product.
