Small gestures that make a big difference

Jewelry is more than an accessory.
It’s memory, meaning, emotion.
And like anything precious, it deserves care.
We wear it every day, in contact with skin, perfume, soap, lotion. Over time, even the finest metals can lose their shine. But it only takes a few simple steps to bring back the original glow of a ring, medal or pendant.

Each material, its own care routine

In our workshop, we work mainly with gold and silver, in a range of finishes.
Each metal has unique properties and needs specific attention. Let’s take a closer look:

  • Yellow gold
    Durable and long-lasting.
    To keep it shiny:

    • Soak in warm water with gentle soap
    • Brush softly with a soft-bristle toothbrush
    • Rinse and dry with a microfiber cloth
  • White and rose gold
More delicate when it comes to finish.
Avoid harsh products: use a slightly damp soft cloth, then dry carefully.
If it looks dull or discolored, we recommend rhodium plating or professional polishing.
  • Rhodium-plated silver
Rhodium plating helps silver stay bright longer.
Don’t use abrasive pastes — use a soft cloth or mild soapy water instead.

  • Silver with gold, rose, or silver plating
These decorative finishes are more sensitive to chemicals and friction.
Avoid perfumes, hair spray, and chlorine.
Clean only with a dry, soft cloth—never immerse in water.

Jewelry care starts when you take it off

Taking care of your jewelry also means storing it properly:

  • Keep pieces separate to prevent scratches
  • Use soft pouches or lined boxes
  • Remove them before sleeping, swimming, or exercising

  • Avoid direct contact with creams, perfumes, and detergents

When to turn to a professional

If a piece has lost its shine, is damaged, or shows signs of oxidation, don’t take risks.
We offer multilingual customer support — in Italian, English, German and French — guiding you at every step and answering all your questions.
Even the simplest jewelry deserves expert care. That’s why we look after your jewelry — and you — with precision and passion.

Care is a form of love

Caring for a piece of jewelry means preserving the emotion it carries.
Whether it’s a gift, a pendant worn every day, or a medal of faith, maintenance is part of what makes it beautiful.
